2. CONTACT US
Get in touch with our team who will assist you to sell your fabulous fashion pieces. Click here to start the process. A team member will come back to you within two working days with a price of how much your pieces might sell for.
3. GET LISTED & SIT BACK
Watch while we upload and sell your items! It doesn't hurt to promote your pieces to your social networks either. Once your item is sold our team will be in touch. You can receive payment or Belinda dollars to use in store and online.
FAQ
General
Belinda International does not charge you any fees to list nor sell your items. We charge a 50% commission rate once your item is sold. We do all the work to get your pieces listed and sold.
The benefits of buying circular fashion: Refresh your wardrobe and make space for the new. With a sustainable ethos in mind, resell your items and extend their life whilst making a positively conscious choice for the environment.
Shopping pre-owned instead of new pieces saves on average 12.1kg in carbon.
Commission Structure Belinda International offers you the option of receiving your payment once your Pre-Owned item is sold, either in Belinda Dollars to spend in store and/or online whereby you receive 60% of the agreed RRP of your item (Belinda International takes a 40% commission), or via direct debit to your nominated bank account whereby you receive 50% of the agreed RRP and Belinda International takes 50% commission.
The price quoted will be based on the item's resale value, condition and style. The price you're quoted is the amount of money you will receive in Belinda dollars or cash, it's your choice on how you will be paid. We take every effort to give you a competitive price for your items and regularly benchmark the second-hand market prices to ensure our customers receive the best prices when selling their items.
We offer competitive resale prices so we hope that you are happy with your quote. In the event that you are not, unfortunately at this time all prices offered are final and not subject to further negotiation. If you are not happy with your quote you can inform our team for review and please include reasons why.
Quotes are valid for 30 days so if you're happy with our offer we suggest accepting it as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
To accept your quote please respond in writing via email to our teams quote offer email with your acceptance. Our team will then take you through next steps.
We assess the condition of your item(s) from the photos you submit, sometime we will require more photos and will contact you if required.
Where possible please include photos of your items brand label, any accessories that came with the item eg additional hardware for bags or heel pins for shoes. We work with in-house and a third-party expert Entrupy to ensure the authentication of all items we receive. We have a rigorous process to ensure that all items meet our authenticity standards.
Getting Paid for Your Item(s)
Once your item is sold and funds have been received from the sale of your item, you will then be issued Belinda dollars (available to spend online at www.belindainternational.com or in our stores) or can be paid into your nominated bank account.
