Due to the current COVID-19 situation, Belinda International understands there may be a delay in the refund and/or exchange process for some consumers. To assist as best we can, Belinda International will judge each refund/exchange on an individual basis. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at info@belindainternational.com.au with any questions regarding a refund or exchange.

At Belinda International we are happy to offer a refund on all full price and sale merchandise for change of mind. The following change of mind timeframes and conditions will apply:

- Full price items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Sale items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Sale merchandise includes product purchased using any promotional code other than a first purchase discount.
- Pre-Owned items purchased online are eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving your order. 
- Belinda International will deduct $20 from your refund for the cost of the return shipping through our courier company. Alternatively, the item(s) can be returned at your own expense.

Sale items purchased in store are final sale and not available for refund or exchange.

International Orders
All costs associated with international order returns (outside of Australia) will be at the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a courier service such as DHL or FedEx so that you can monitor your return via tracking. Please email info@belindainternational.com for all international returns.

How To Return
1. Login to our Returns Portal with your email address and order reference.
2. Select the items you would like to return.
3. Download and print your returns label.
4. Pack and return your items.

Please note, Belinda International does not accept liability for the loss or damage of goods in return transit.

Returning Your Order
- Proof of purchase must accompany the returning merchandise.
- All items for return must be in their original, unused condition, with all designer labels still attached on the item with any related accessories or instructions or care information included with the original receipt.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Belinda International believes has been used will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. For items with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip remains intact and not removed.
- For hygiene reasons, our change of mind policy does not apply to earrings, swimwear and underwear.

Belinda International will exchange goods or offer a refund on the following terms:
1. The goods are unfit for the purpose for which they are sold.
2. The goods do not correspond with the description by which they were sold.
3. The goods do not correspond with the sample shown.
4. The items have not been used and are returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

For exchanges please contact our Customer Care team to organise a different size or item(s).

Faulty Products
We take great care in packaging all online orders before your purchase leaves our warehouse, however if you find an item faulty upon receiving it please notify us via email immediately at info@belindainternational.com

Receiving A Refund
Refunds will be credit to the original purchaser’s method of payment and the exact card used to make the purchase.

Upon receiving the returned goods with the original receipt, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. It is estimated that refund will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless they are faulty or not as ordered.

Please retain your shipping notice until you have received your refund.
