Due to the current COVID-19 situation, Belinda International understands there may be a delay in the refund and/or exchange process for some consumers. To assist as best we can, Belinda International will judge each refund/exchange on an individual basis. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com with any questions regarding a refund or exchange.
Please note, we do not offer refunds in store. Online purchases must be submitted through the returns portal and returned to Belinda International for processing.
- All full priced items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase must accompany the returning merchandise.
- All items for return must be in their original, unused condition, with all designer labels still attached on the item with any related accessories or instructions or care information included with the original receipt.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Belinda International believes has been used will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. For items with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip remains intact and not removed.
- For hygiene reasons, our change of mind policy does not apply to earrings, swimwear and underwear.
- Gift vouchers must be used within 6 months of issue.
Belinda International will exchange goods or offer a refund on the following terms:
- The good are unfit for the purpose for which they are sold.
- The goods do not correspond with the description by which they were sold.
- The goods do not correspond with the sample shown.
- The items have not been used and are returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Returning your purchase
To request a return please follow the below instructions.
- Login to our Returns Portal with your email address and order reference.
- Select the items you would like to return.
- Download and print your returns label.
- Pack and return your items.
Please note, Belinda International do not accept liability for goods returned and we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.
Receiving a refund
Refunds will be credit to the original purchaser’s method of payment and the exact card used to make the purchase.
Upon receiving the returned goods with the original receipt, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. It is estimated that refund will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless they are faulty or not as ordered.
Please retain your shipping notice until you have received your refund.
